The OASE OxyTex 400 CWS is a unique pond aeration and biological filtration system that combines oxygen diffusion with active bio-surface media.
Unlike standard air stones or diffusers, the OxyTex works as both an aeration device and a colonisation surface for beneficial bacteria, helping to improve water quality while simultaneously increasing oxygen levels.
Air is delivered through the unit, producing fine bubbles that enhance circulation and oxygen transfer. At the same time, the fibrous structure provides a large surface area for nitrifying bacteria to grow, improving ammonia and nitrite breakdown.
This makes it ideal for koi ponds, heavily stocked systems and ponds requiring enhanced biological filtration support alongside aeration.
