1. Refunds for Services
If you are unsatisfied with any of our services, you must notify us within 7 days of the service being completed. We will investigate the issue and, if appropriate, provide a refund or re-service at our discretion.
2. Refunds for Products
We accept returns of unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Items that have been opened or used (such as chemicals or water treatments) are non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
