3. Payment Terms
- Single Test Purchases must be paid for at the time of purchase.
- Monthly Subscription:
- Payments are billed automatically each month at the agreed discounted rate.
- A 12-month commitment is required for all monthly subscriptions.
- Annual Subscription:
- Full payment is required upfront, covering 12 tests for the year.
4. Subscription Renewals and Cancellations
- Monthly Subscription:
- Your subscription will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis after the initial 12-month commitment.
- To cancel, you must provide 30 days’ written notice via email to [insert email].
- Cancellations within the initial 12-month commitment will incur a fee equal to the remaining payments for that period.
- Annual Subscription:

- Monthly Subscription:
- Cancellations within the initial 12-month period will not be refunded, and you will be charged for the remaining months of your commitment.
- Annual Subscriptions:
- Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once paid, but you may cancel your renewal at any time with 30 days’ notice.
6. Discounts and Promotions
- Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Any abuse of promotional offers may result in the cancellation of the subscription or order at our discretion.
7. Delivery of Service
- Tests will be delivered monthly for Monthly Subscription subscribers.
- Annual Subscription holders will receive access to all 12 tests upon payment.
- You are responsible for ensuring your contact and billing information is accurate. We are not liable for delays or failures in service delivery due to incorrect information.
8. Price Changes
- We reserve the right to change our prices. Any price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice before they take effect.
- For active subscribers, price changes will only apply upon renewal.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Purewater Diagnostics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to your claim.
