Who I Am
Hello! I’m Peter, a dedicated fishkeeping enthusiast and the founder of Purewater Diagnostics. With over 25 years of experience in both freshwater and marine aquariums, I’ve worked with everything from delicate Discus and Cichlids to large, tank-dominating species like Pacu and Redtail Catfish.
I’ve also designed, built, and maintained multiple aquariums and ponds, including my 500-litre mixed reef tank and a 35,000-litre home pond. Over the years, I’ve worked with a variety of pond species, including Koi, Grass Carp, King Carp, Wel’s Catfish, and Sturgeons, further showcasing my dedication to creating thriving aquatic environments, whether fresh or saltwater.

At Purewater Diagnostics, my mission is to provide professional water testing and consultation services across Southeast England. I offer specialized services that help aquarium and pond owners achieve optimal water quality and maintain the health of their aquatic life. From freshwater setups to marine ecosystems, my goal is to ensure your aquatic space thrives, whether it’s a home tank, large pond, or a commercial setup.
Additionally, I offer pond and aquarium maintenance, pond design and construction, and complete aquarium installations (both freshwater and saltwater). I also provide filter upgrades for both ponds and aquariums to enhance the overall health and filtration of your aquatic systems.
